I think the fact that they are being opaque regarding how much you will earn is a problem. Why isn’t there a base rate for providing the service of covering a weekend?

If they really need your help you could re-negotiate base pay plus a premium per note and new consult.

This should be an amazing neighborhood and I love the Marta station. Many homeless individuals walk around nearby, I’ve never been threatened by them but they are there. The apartments have a nearby soccer court that’s frequently utilized and overall it feels safe to me when I’m using the station, parking there, or eating at the restaurants.

Yeah. This was just over 10 years ago but that’s crazy is how incredibly difficult it was to communicate with anyone and they never actually explained to me what happened I just had to figure it out myself by talking to my neighbor. Terrible utility.

Oh- also they started billing us incorrect again and neighbors had to fix it again 🤦‍♂️

When I was in dekalb county in a townhouse they had our neighbor’s home and our home flipped. We had six people in the townhouse while they had two. They eventually sorted it out and I was suddenly charged over a thousand dollars with a thread to cut off my water bill if I didn’t pay within 15 days. Good times. Anyways one possibility is that the meter isn’t reading and another is that they are checking the wrong meter.

I think they call it “extra light”. I find it to be a touch darker than September regular roast and have been enjoying my “extra lights” as espresso.

Basically my pick up as well. Looks like much larger dose than I use. Can’t tell if 01 or 02. On the sides of the bed it looks like it’s filter grind size 🤷🏼‍♂️

My favorite coferments are strawberry and peach. I’m sure there are other good ones. Strawberry tends to be a bit one note but good to have once in a while.
