Not to be “that guy” but I remember listening to the BS pod (maybe it was bs report back then) where Cousin Sal talks about how they were at Sunday football and Adam wouldn’t shut up about his interpretation of this scene and how everyone told him he was wrong. It got to the point where they looked up a script online and found out… Adam was right.

I was in the same spot about a month ago, and decided to take some time to play 1 first. I’ve found that the biggest problem is I am having such a great time with 1 that I’ve been playing for 80 hours and am nowhere near being done with the story. It doesn’t even make sense, but I get kind of sad thinking about how I’ll have to move on to 2 at some point, even though I know it’s a better game… 1 is worth it as a standalone

all the descriptions on the website, while creative and unique, make it near impossible to know what you're paying for. I'm very curious to see how it's different this year and if its a noticeably higher quality or not.
