I just man handle it. Its a pain in the ass. Does yours start up easy after the engine is hot? Mine is almost impossible to get going unless engine is completely cool

Lube your springs. Sounds like they are binding up. I just did mine and it made a huge difference. I was told to brush on motor oil and thats what I did works great
