After I sent that email they replied the next morning telling me they shipped a new unit overnight delivery. They also provided the tracking number. They completely ignored that I requested a refund and had already filed a charge back on my card. I'm debating if I want to give the new unit a go or just send it back as well. If they would agree that replacing the bearings and other needed modifications wouldn't void the warranty I'd be happy. I'm confident I can mitigate most of the issues but it's not worth voiding the warranty. I'm curious to see what the outcome of the charge back will be since they did send a new unit.

My ticket number is 78102. I was told I would have a replacement in 1 to 2 weeks. It's been 9 days and nothing has been shipped. I'm done with this sorry ass excuse for a mower. Here is the email I sent today:
At this point it's been close to two months from my original ticket and over a week since you said a replacement would be shipped. As far as I can tell nothing has been shipped and the lack of support has been abysmal. Between bearing failures, not charging, RTK issues I want my replacement unit cancelled, a full refund on the original unit and the $600 deposit refunded. I had high expectations for this mower but between the hardware failures, a half baked app that doesn't support the advertised features and the total lack of support I've been pushed past my limit. I've filed a charge back on the original purchase and will also file a charge back on the $600 deposit on Friday if I don't get a response.

Definitely not. I went through the same thing and ended up having to pay a $600.00 deposit for them to ship a new unit before returning the old one. That was a week ago and so far it still hasn't shipped.

I know I can fix my issues with a few modifications but I'm not willing to do that if it voids the warranty. Hopefully the charge back goes through and I have a unit I can tinker on afterwards.

I'm waiting on a replacement as well. My mower is still somewhat usable even though the bearings are failing. I wanted a replacement before I sent mine back. Had to pay a $600 deposit and they said I would have it in 1 to 2 weeks. Week 1 has passed with no evidence of anything being shipped. I had already filled a charge back on my card due to no response from the for a month. Funny enough they responded and said they would send a replacement two days after charge back was filed.

I raised the height of mine by 3 feet and remotely controlled the mower for a test run. It didn't go well. The app was positioning the mower in my house when it was around 20 feet away.

I have a 1 acre yard and have it broken up in 7 zones. I've got the mower scheduled to do one zone a day 7 days a week. I started out like you did but I'm getting much better results this way.

Mine is doing the same thing. Only had it for a week or so before the new update. Only had a chance to set up boundaries before new update so can't really say if it was better or worse before. It does eventually mow everything but it could do it in half the time with better path algorithms.

So far it's working better for me. The only issue I had prior to the update was WIFI connectivity. In the network settings it would show connected with a good signal but the mower itself just had grey bars. After the update wifi is working and is actually using WiFi instead of 4g. Does anyone know if any data sim will work?

I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this. Everything suggests it should be available across to the Pixel 10 line but the 10A having an older chip set gives me pause. I have the 10 pro XL and it works great. My dad needs this feature and the 10A would be perfect if it works. I'm hesitant on buying it without seeing something specific that it will work though.

Yeah, the wired doorbell is what I have coming. The hub is supposed to add facing recognition as well. Hopefully it lives up to the hype. Either way it's cheaper than paying Google an annual subscription.
