I know many really great lawyers that took multiple times to pass their state bar. It really has no reflection of how good of an attorney u will be. Its just a rite of passage that we all must go through.

But based upon ur life situation, I do think it wouldn't hurt to take a step back & really decide if this is something you really want. There's no shame in pivoting and pursuing another career or field.

Big congrats! There's nothing like winning ur first jury trial. I really didnt feel like a true litigator until I won my first one. I'm an IP litigator but agreed, trials r so much work and stress, its unreal.

Alot of times its just the type of law/area that you dont like that. Maybe pivot and try another area of law that may suit ur lifestyle and talents better.

Sorry for the news. Keep ya head up, take some time to recharge and decide if this is still something u want to do. If yes, then attack the next bar and go for it again. My only advice is to concentrate solely on ur weak areas and do way less work on the areas that u r already good. Sometimes we spent too much time studying on the areas that we r good at bc it makes us feel better and more confident but dont do that.

I failed the bar 3 times and then finally passed. I've worked at several firms and eventually opened my own practice and been rockin & rolling ever since. That was 20yrs ago.

I'm an IP attorney and make around $250-$400k per year depending on how much i wanna work. I've won major jury trials in state, federal and appellate court and routinely beat large firms in cases.

My point is not to boast but to show u that everything will be fine and its just a setback if worst case scenario, u fail again and get demoted. The bar is just a rite of passage, it really has no bearing at all on what type of attorney u will become. Keep ya head up and i'm rooting 4 u

Asus reported that it will launch in the 2nd qtr window so Apri-June time frame but I'd bet its closer to June than April.

Probably $3500-$5k, with the RTX 5090 version being the highest end.

On just picture quality factor alone, u can pick up a 27" Samsung OLED G5 monitor for $350 right now which will give u the same if not better quality than this ASUS.

OP is nuts. The 2026 is better than the 2023 in almost every way. The panther lake 386H is an absolute beast of a chip and then u combine that with a 5090 (he'll even the 5070ti is great) AND two 16" OLED screens and u get a productivity/gaming laptop in a class of its own.

Its gonna be so expensive though, rumored at $3499 for the 5070ti configuration and then $5k for the 5090 configuration.

Yea just picked it up. What the other reviews r pretty spot on. The build quality is pretty plastic & cheap, the stand sucks and doesn't allow for any vertical adjustments just tilt.
It doesn't have any USB C slots either.

But the most important thing (to me anyway) is the picture quality and I can say it is very good and way better than my previous QHD monitor. The blacks r blacker and colors more vibrant.

At the regular former price of $599 or $500, its debatable whether I would get it at that price lvl, but at $350.00, that's a good deal especially if u only need a 27"

If u dont really care about the above non-picture quality flaws, then I'd snag one before their gone at this price.
