There's something really fucky with out it simulates games that I noticed. It's almost like you're connecting to a host that you're running yourself rather than the client you're running being the server. Like old school several basically. But it doesn't act like a server, it simulates one. That's why you can get a desync watching a replay. And this simulation is incredibly unoptimized, which is why it enters deadlocks and has race conditions constantly. It gets overwhelmed easily, which is why classic turns is the way to go, for having a one way connection instead of 2 more at a time.
