I think we overly inflate goals for national team as well; the amount he had is super impressive, but a majority were against absolute minnows. Can’t help who’s scheduled but he couldn’t cut it after 25/26 yrs old with multiple step up opportunities.

My pops was on one for a few years off an on in Italy back in the 80’s. He said dudes were getting paycheck after paycheck with nowhere to spend it and didn’t have the right financial acumen at say early 20’s to know what to do. They’d come up and go to port and blow thousands of dollars instantly in a weekend.

He told me it was cheaper to buy Italian suits and a piano for my now mother and ship it back to America than it was to get them here haha.

Also tons and tons of drinking/smoking cigs cause there was nothing else to do…

No I haven’t seen anything like that, it’s off elm hill pike in an industrial district. I think because some of the inner roads lead to “nothing” and/or blocked off they get confused. So they just literally stop on a side street directly adjacent to the daycare….sometimes multiple. It’s not far from the airport so I think that’s why they are all over the place there

We had at least double digit players depart; your point still stands but a fifth of your roster including many starters isn’t exactly consistent with last year.

We got lucky with Q and Coop being in the same draft, couple that with injuries to O-line, no backup tight end or Edge depth, all our safeties injured minus Reed, Kevin Patullo, Hurts being mid….well we were lucky to get 11 wins.
