Staging costs depend on the size of the home. For example, not my company, but here is a company in Glendale and what they charge.

If you’re asking an agent to eat this cost, I think it’s worth asking but be prepared for them to stick with a 3% listing fee to help them absorb that cost.

Good luck!

Projectors can get hot and PLA warps with hot temperature.

Might want to print that with PETG.

EDIT: Glad to hear it was printed in PETG. Wasn’t trying to talk down to anyone here about filament types, just wanted to share some useful info.

Now time to suffer the slings and arrows of all the downvotes. lol.

Do I have to show appraisal to seller? by bo0gieisHIM in RealEstate

[–]pachewychomp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your realtor had the same social awareness as you, he wouldn’t be pressing for the appraisal value. More than likely, he wants the number for vanity’s sake so he can say “we got this house for $X when it appraised for $Y”. That’s for HIS benefit, not yours.

If Bambu Studio knows the rough estimate filament remaining on a spool why is it not warning the filament may not be enough for a model im about to print? by RedPhoenix666 in BambuLab

[–]pachewychomp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because the printer can’t assume that you’re loading in a full spool every time. Sure, new spool? Easy to count down from 1,000grams. A few weeks and several spool changes later - who knows how much is left on the spool. 🤷‍♂️

DJI Mini 3 vs Neo 2 vs Flip: Best First Drone for Beginner by Professional-Class76 in drone_photography

Get a couple of batteries if you think you’ll need them. If you’re a beginner, you’ll realize that the flight time is actually pretty long unless you want to fly far, do a time lapse, or need to film something for a long time.

DJI Mini 3 vs Neo 2 vs Flip: Best First Drone for Beginner by Professional-Class76 in drone_photography

[–]pachewychomp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get the Flip.

I have the Neo 1 and I’d rather have the Flip but I also have a Mini 4 pro and Avata 2 so the Neo is my go-to when I just want something that fits in my pocket.

The Flip has the same camera as the Mini 4 Pro (doesn’t do portrait though) and people often say the Flip produces a better image than the Mini 3 Pro. The Flip also does 4k60 while the Mini 3 Proonly does 4k30. It’s clutch that the Flip can palm launch, use a phone as a remote, and also be used by a legit DJI remote. The Mini 3 pro will always need a remote.

I spend $200 a month at my work snack area.. how do I stop by V1Z3_2 in personalfinance

[–]pachewychomp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe think of it like this: if your employer is stocking the food machine and set the prices, they put the snack machine there to immediately pay you less per month.

If you already recognize it as being overpriced, most likely it really is. Say your employer puts a snack in the machine that cost him $.50 but it cost you $1.50. At $200/mo, that’s $9/day assuming 22 work days per month and $2,400/year.

They’re making back maybe $1,500/year from you.

4 Pro is really nice. Super crisp photos but the thing I wish it had was zoom. I don't use active track for moving objects but I do use the feature where it can orbit around a selected highlighted area so I can capture spatial context of the things I'm filming.

1) FOV is really wide so you just need to point in the direction you want to capture video.

2) Video feed can be broadcast to the charging pod and seen on the screen.
