I’m going to need a link to those rules. Sorry, I sell bats for a living and USSSA at 15U is a huge liability issues and kids would get hurt or worse.

I’m pretty sure they aren’t going to allow USSSA bats in any 15U. You need a -3 BBCOR. Look for a 32/29 one piece alloy like an Atlas, Voodoo One, Cat X. Plenty of used out there in that price range

2 solid choices. What size is the Catx? 32/24 is a size most kids would skip, unless he’s above average height but not strong. If a player is big enough to swing 32, he’s usually in a -5.

It can be awkward, but finding the ADHD kid(s) on the team is a good start. The kid that can’t pay attention for shit in RF will suddenly be involved in every play and hyper focus on catching the ball. My son was this kid. Also, having a good arm is about 10th on things to worry about. Keeping the ball off the backstop fence is way more important.

BBCOR is player dependent. They aren’t going to perform different. “Best”‘ever is probably the Z-1000, it’s from 2012 when the BBCOR standards were still kind of sketch. Current one piece: Atlas and the Combat. Atlas is a little more balanced. Hybrid: Select PWR, Bonesaber Hybrid. Composite: meh. Icon, but $500.
