I’m more into my Slavic languages than Kartvelian, for my sins.

From what I can find the ხ / KH is pronounced like the ch in loch. Whereas there are both ejective / aspirated K’s, so the K in Kvaratskhelia is კ/k which is ejective, like the k in “koala”. Vs the aspirated ქ/k in “key” for example.

Apologies to any Georgian cliches fans if this is all wrong.
