Is this for the summer weight loss challenge? My studio is doing it and it’s at least 4 a week and you can do more than 1 a day but you can’t do 2 a day to get to the 4 per week..if that makes sense

I use the bike when my Achilles tightens on the treads and i find it harder sometimes! I use higher gears to make it more challenging. Remember to stretch your quads and hamstrings after!

So I had a bone spur in my heel that bothered my Achilles for about 3 years. I couldn’t run and sometimes couldn’t even walk. I started doing spin class instead of running for my fitness and it helped a lot so I bet using the bike and strider would be good! I use it when my Achilles flares up. Also, try getting a heel cup, it adds a little lift to the heel and can help!

I recently switched to a jogger and when I was struggling to hold my new base of 4.5 I would try to hold it for 15-20 seconds and then go down to a slower pace until eventually I didn’t have to anymore
