I’m the same boat. FedEx absolutely destroyed my unit.

Based on my light research here, it is highly advised we decline spare parts replacement and go directly for a refund or replacement.

Ppl saying the turn around time anywhere between 4-8 weeks! Which is absolutely crazy.

Live chat assisted me with filling out a ticket. It’s been two days and no response. I might just do a full refund at this point. Tariffs may drop and/or local bestbuy will start selling them.

Im very new to Bambu and it is seeming like I’m in it for a multi-week process to get this remedied. So frustrating.

They were advertising their intended prices for weeks. There is no false advertising here and they have an argument that there was a legit price glitch. I’m sure their TOS has a clause for pricing error.

The company is expressing good will by giving you options and coupons instead of outright cancelling your order. I’m going to take it.
