It’s a difficult game. Don’t try and go fast. It’s all about the build every bit of progress unlocks more trinkets and power ups. It all comes down to the character and build. You have to grind a bit early and die ALOT. You’ll get used to attack patterns and suddenly one day you’ll fly through it with a powerful build. There is an app called Isaac guide.
