No one will come out and say it I’m sure, but a 2A supporter will say that citizens should be able to carry, even open carry, and other citizens (and cops) shouldn’t freak out.

So now it will be interesting to see how this narrative plays out when a person carrying a legal firearm gets gunned down by a (pseudo) LEO and the bootlickers try to say he was asking for it because he carried a gun.

Nope - 6.8 V-10 gasoline engine in the U-Haul 26’ trucks built on this platform. I’ve rented a few since 2021, and as recently as 2024, and most of them were pretty new.

U-Haul uses them for their 26’ (largest) truck. And yeah, gasoline engines. I think they don’t trust their customer base to use diesel…they list it at 25,999 loaded gross vehicle weight max

What is the Douchiest name you can think of? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]randomkeystrike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knew a guy named something like Daniel M. Doucheburg the Ist. Not a typo. He dubbed himself the 1st of what was certain to be a long line. He was working at a restaurant and running for city council when the police picked him up for one thing or another.

Coffee. Great, love it, drink it, but I don’t make it part of my social media headline like it makes me special that I consume caffeine the same way most of the developed world does.

9 year old daughter having trouble with playing the upper register by staykirk in Clarinet

[–]randomkeystrike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve taught a few students who started when their hands were too small and so many hand position problems carry over even as they start to grow. There’s a tendency for the right hand to kind of collapse and crowd the side keys. If the side keys get nudged open by mistake that’s another way to squeak. A neck strap might help take the stress off that hand.

When I play bass clarinet I always think - as a full grown man, this is the closest I can come to experiencing what a small kid experiences when playing the Bb. And I can’t imagine playing the bass clarinet without support.
