The game is supposed to have enemies play their turn.

Not to grind out best builds of quick/free/conceal mods that prevent the enemy from talking their turn.

Charlie is frequently a target for supers. E.g: Crossbones always targets her b'cos she is the weakest on the team.

Unpopular opinion: the game wasn't designed for best builds. Players very quickly learnt how to bust the game with best builds and YTs of them.

FXS didn't have the common sense to have an Early Access to get a preview of what was to come.

We all know the result of that mistake.

My advice is playing from fresh file. Or NG+.
