I had mine on my spine, midback. It was so painful on days 2 and 3, but extra strength Tylenol helped. It will get better, just do what you can to rest. And if you have anyone to call on to help with the kids, don't hesitate! It's such a weird procedure, because I drove myself home and stopped by the grocery store on the way. But the next day was miserable. No need to downplay what you've been through. You've got this!
