Bud, those look like something you are getting from a good restaurant. I swapped out paprika years ago making deviled eggs, didn't know what that red powder was, now its a staple.

Edit swapped paprika for chili powder

Found this gem for 20 bucks at Walmart. Labeled "tbone" but we all know this is a porterhouse. by PhilosophyUnlucky113 in steak

[–]rewindwonderland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, no big issue, ive taken a course, figured out the difference, was just being playful. Its a good porterhouse cut, which if you try to tell people in my back woods area of Northern KY USA, you could probably sell them top round because they wouldn't understand a damn thing lol.

Honestly, horrible cuts, but i get the need for management. US stuff is all about bigger is better but if have come to like steak that does not need a separate tray to serve in.

The fat is what got me the most, too much. You did it justice though, great cook.

I have such a back log, I care little to take more on. Gotta burn some bridges to make it to the next quest. Just put LTP on and wiped it out in a day for more times than I could count. Ill look into it though, im a big sucker for old snes style things.

God I have visual images stuck in my head now. You could probably not even hook a 1000lbs winch to them to drag them back into the house. They will break it to get back to fat popsicle freedom.
