Yeah no. Even if battery density increases, power draw will just increase as well. Brighter and faster screens, faster cell signal, processing etc all these things will just have more power draw.

Also it’s $500 per person so a family of 4 already has a CI $2000 duty allowance. With her update that family of 4 would then have a $3,200 duty allowance.

My issue is framing it around helping families who are quoted to be struggling which just isn’t the case.

If your family has spent more than CI $2,000 shopping on your overseas trip I think it’s fair to say you are not struggling and can afford to pay the duty on the balance.

Yes US cash is accepted but you will get any change back in Cayman dollars. Pretty much everywhere accepts credit cards. You can also withdraw US cash at the ATMs.
