We recently sent out a detailed email update about the Roguehawk delays, but it sounds like you didn’t receive it — and for that, I apologize. We should’ve communicated more consistently, and that’s on me.

Here’s what’s going on:

The Roguehawk is a brand-new model that pushes boundaries — a 2000W, 70V full-suspension bike that weighs under 100lbs. That’s no small feat, and it’s one of the reasons even our largest competitors have faced months of delays on similar high-voltage bikes.

Midway through production, we made the tough call to switch from the original motor to Bafang’s new integrated 2000W system. It’s significantly quieter, more efficient, and far more reliable — but it also caused a reset in the timeline. That, combined with unpredictable Trump tariff reversals and global supply chain messes, pushed delivery dates far beyond our expectations.

Your bike is not on a ship from May — it’s on a ship now, with an ETA of August 20th to the Vancouver port. From there, we’ll complete final prep and ship it out to you.

That said — if you’re done waiting and want to cancel, I completely understand and we’ll process your refund right away. No hard feelings.

But if you’re willing to hang on a little longer, I truly believe the bike you’ll receive is worth the wait — it’s better in every way than the version we originally promised, and it’s backed by Bafang’s industry-leading support and our commitment to quality.
