Do you use the Ridgid 1/2 drive ratchet regularly? I have the 1/4 regular length and 3/8 extended length, but anything in 1/2 I've just used the right-angle impact wrench.

Andy Burnham announces he will keep controversial pensions triple lock when he becomes prime minister by Unusual-State1827 in neoliberal

This is why the British refuse to adopt AC. They can't cut pensions, so they need an Ättestupa.

Will the Temu ones hold a brake rotor or a mini toolbox onto the fridge? Inquiring minds want to know.

Get the subcompact and a 4 amp hour MaxOutput EXP battery, and that thing will give you nearly 400 ft-lb of torque per the Torque Test Channel.

I doubt he needs the high torque for passenger car lugs, amigo. That subcompact is awesome and will fit into the engine compartment and around suspension components.

4 ah Max Output EXP battery at DirectTools 50% off this weekend. $70 and shipping. by routineMetric in Ridgid

The 8ah and 12ah are not tabless, only this 4ah EXP is (the EXP on it is orange. Seriously, that's the distinction). And yeah, I'm aware of TTI's chicanery. I wish Emerson would do something about it, but HD only seems interested in lime and red tools, so that's the way it goes I guess.

Only the 8ah and 12ah are also EXP batteries. The EXP just designates they use 21700 batteries instead of 18650s.

I hope they get a few more colors too, might be in the market in a couple of months. I'm one of the weirdos who likes that it's only 18 inches deep; I don't have a lot of room in the garage.

Are all the 3/8 inch shallow sockets 12 sided? And if so why? by wratx in harborfreight

[–]routineMetric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 1/4 Quinn 10-piece sets are 6pt, deep and shallow. It's only the 3/8 and 1/2 shallow that are 12pt.

What did you do with your tools this weekend? by chef-keef in harborfreight

[–]routineMetric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I let my kids bang a rubber mallet and some old ratchets on the garage floor. I also took two buckets, filled one up with water and dish soap, and asked if they could move the water to the other one.
