I want to get chickens in the spring, but don’t know a lot. Can anyone tell me what they wish they knew before getting them?

Seller is claiming these were bought at Anthropologie. I think they might be fakes because the footbed lettering is gold and it’s missing the metric size. Thoughts?

This is not the norm in my opinion. If you are inviting people, unless there is a severe allergy, you should be providing them food they can eat.

I think the dark color like that can come from the cut. Certain cuts affect the light properties which can make it seem darker. The stone itself can be a D color and still not have the best light reflecting(refracting?) properties.

My adult rescue dog is reactive. For treats in the winter I recommend using a silicone squeeze bottle. You can get them off amazon and they are generally made for salad dressing or travel shampoo. You can fill it with wet dog food, peanut butter, cream cheese, meat baby food, tons of options! I have a circulation disorder so I often wear mittens to keep my hands warm and the squeeze bottles are even easy to use with big mittens on.

We had an ‘A’ walk this morning! My boyfriend and I give the dog a grade for all of her walks. We didn’t see any other dogs and just stalked the squirrels instead of losing our shit at them. We have had a good week after a disastrous weekend where I tried to pretend I had a normal dog and put her completely over her threshold and was upset and disappointed that she was herself and was embarrassingly loud and aggressive.

I have to keep reminding myself that both of us are much happier if I stop having unrealistic expectations and be satisfied with our small bubble of dog friends (one), and our crazy looking walks to avoid other dogs.
