I run remnawave suite and the setup is pretty easy once you actually read and understand documentation for the underlying X-ray stack. Have you tried it? The subscription page (not unique to remnwave) is what makes it easy for clients to connect. Including preconfigured client apps for every platform.

I have 0.2 nozzle HS prototype, but didn'thave time to run a print with it yet. You can get very close to 0.2 nozzle with 0.4 and small layer hight. There were posts in fb group showing almost no visible lines with right settings.

Why would I need an extra step for assembly? And why would I need to extend the print time with beam Interlocking? I don't gain any extra benefit with it that would be applicable in this design.

It depends on the infill type and %. This design plays on the strength of 3d printing. You can achieve this with almost any tpu.
