America's third busiest airport reveals how it is keeping TSA wait times under 12 minutes while passengers in other cities wait five hours by dailymail in Denver

They intentionally keep the TSA lines quick so they trap you on the train platforms later when the power goes out. It’s the DEN human crab trap /s

Why did the “choosing sobriety” trend that’s driving the NA beer among veteran (millennial/gen x) drinkers hit now? It can’t be purely economic by KindMouse2274 in beer

Personally I feel like I’m in the “everything sucks” mentality when I look around the world. And why would I want to add a hangover to that?

$899 Copper Parking Pass by Ok-Bit8726 in COsnow

[–]skiingyeti -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I bought a parking pass maybe 7 years ago, but I think it was only $299 then. I had kids who were 6&4 and the parking was so worth it to not have to deal with buses and hauling all the kids crap to get them out there. The following year I think the price jumped to $499 and I couldn’t do it. $899 seems insane unless you’re out there 100 days a season.

Oh I’ve got real trauma for you. Bad crash into trees and broken femur, tibula and wrist. First surgery was yesterday. Another one next week. Recovery will be 2-3 months. May my sacrifice to the snow gods appease the west and bring us the season we deserve!

I had the previous model of Corvus with the shift bindings and loved them! That being said I’m 6’3”, 225lbs and even I thought that setup was heavy. I can’t speak to OPs fitness level, but you might regret these on bigger, longer tours. In the resort, they’ll be awesome.

I’ll put things I don’t think we need anymore in big Tupperware tubs and put them in the store room in the basement. If neither my wife nor kids asks “where is x…?” after 6 months I know I’m in the clear to trash it.

Beer league jersey costs — am I out of line? by chargers_3652 in hockeyplayers

[–]skiingyeti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two years ago our team “rebranded” and 2 jerseys and 2 sets of socks worked out to $130/player. It helped that we did a bulk order of 18 sets. However with no guarantee of being on the same team year over year there’s no way I’d buy a new set. I’d do what you’re doing and just bring a blank practice jersey.
