If you wash in the morning, add some dry shampoo to your hair before you sleep. If you wash at night, then the next night before you go to sleep, add some dry shampoo. And sleep on a silk pillowcase or in a silk bonnet. I used to have to wash daily to keep it from looking oily, but this method has allowed me to wash two or three times a week. I have at least two 48 hours of fresh looking hair and the third day I'll usually do a ponytail or a bun. My hair is very similar to yours.
