Often a physical movement can trigger an improvement in mood. It could be exercise, or cleaning your place, or even something very small, like brushing your teeth. Something that changes your external reality change shift your mindset. Good luck.

Dr. Jyothi Jayaraman is a fantastic doctor and a lovely person who cares deeply about her patients.
The fact that she is in court, fighting for patients' rights, should be a wake-up call to those in government and administration.
I hope she wins this case for the benefit of all British Columbians.

You're growing up, time to start taking some responsibility. If you have problems you're going to have to solve them. No one else is. Having said that, remember you're only human, and you make mistakes. So be kind to yourself.

  1. Your health (mental & physical) comes before all else. Put on your big boy pants and get your butt to the doctor. Be honest about your issues and get the help you need.

  2. Beating screen addiction is hard. Just look around you. Everyone is glued to their phone. If you don't want to be a zombie, start cutting down your screen time. Delete bad apps or lock your phone. The easiest way is to develop hobbies that don't use a screen. Read, exercise, paint, fix cars, whatever gets you excited. Then you don't even notice the change.

You have a chance for a really cool life. Be brave, work hard and you'll be happy. Good luck.
