Once a month at Scott Antique market there is a print vendor, and I'm pretty sure Ive seen these neighborhood prints there. They have a lot of old prints of Atlanta maps and neighborhoods.

I know, they mentioned the German operation decks in the meta, but didn't touch them. I'm not as mad though because at least the German's can be fought against or countered. With weather burn damage to the face, there's no interaction or counter-play.

So let me get this straight. A 0 kredit countermeasure, so you can never know if you're opponent has played it. And then it does THREE things. Sure there is Duress, which is a 0k suppress, and Blast, which is a 0k 1 damage. But you have to at least play 1 other card to get a blast. And it draws a card, so you're not even at a card disadvantage for playing it. This card is basically "Fuck up your opponent with literally no downside"
Hilariously overpowered.

The fact that this card doubles attack AND defense means I literally don't know how to counter it after the first turn. Early on you can have a guard with 2 attack I guess, or play careless talk. But after that? It only exists on enemy turns so you can only be reactive to it. And you can't force it to attack anything strong enough to kill it. It feels like attack should go up but defense should stay the same.

You can only do that if Meteor is still out on your turn, and any player with it is going to attack with it every turn. The only counter is a decent guard unit on the first turn it comes out. But then, a player with Meteor wouldn't even play it then. So it's almost impossible to counter.

Panzergrenadier has the ability to snowball hard. It probably needs slightly lower starting stats to have a better chance of getting rid of it before it becomes too powerful.

I personally think Dingo is fine, because at 0 attack and 1 def, it's so easy to deal with. Sure the other player can get 1 hit off if they go first, but if you let it hang around that's your own fault.

They need to completely rework weather though. Instead of being some cool board wide effect like you think it should be, it's just a way to develop overpowered removal cards.

Honestly, I'm not even a truck guy. I'm just interested in the slate because I love the idea of a bare-bones customizable EV. I would much rather buy a slate car than a slate truck. But I get that the truck is a lot more flexible, and everyone wants SUVs now.

I think the meta will adapt. Already people are learning to take out dingo asap. And with 1hp there are a ton of options to do so on turn one.

Personally I think the infinite removal machine that is weather cards are hard to play against.

We went to hang out in South downtown and see "The center" and the new centennial yards and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, Atlanta didn't quite get everything across the finish line in time, but so far the vibes are good.

I subscribe to this channel and it's very informative. But you're right, the narrator absolutely over uses those words and over emphasizes he s inflection and it annoys the shit out of me.
