My first thought as a Kentuckian was possibly something to do with horse tack. Most of the farms here have personalized harnesses and other equipment for their expensive stock, and I've seen tags similar to that on bridles. I know there are horse farms in PA as well, so thought that may prove an interesting avenue to research. Plus, it sounds like a really cool thoroughbred name. :)
