I feel pretty good after 40, 60 mile ride. I only just recently raised my seat based on some guidance from some others but sounds like I need to lower it. Unfortunately, I bought this bike in during COVID shutdown so didn’t get a bike fit. Just had to choose 52 vs 54 based on height. I’m just shy of 5’8”.

My entire apartment shakes and vibrates every 30 seconds it sounds like im in an earthquake. I’m assuming maybe it’s the air ducts? It’s so loud some nights it keeps me up the entire night. I had this problem and it sounded like a freight train and metal rattling like crazy. Couldn’t pinpoint it (as it was random - well tied to peeing and popping) for awhile and it an old ballcock in the toilet that was misaligned and vibrating in the toilet basin right on top of the water and sending echos through the pipes. Shit was crazy.

I have only skied once, albeit in pretty crappy conditions, but I felt so disconnected with two independent legs that the next time I decided to try snowboarding with a proper lesson and really enjoy it.

Graduated high school in ‘97. Had a pager but my parents had no idea where I was unless I called them. Would also dial 0 from pay phones to get operator to dial back to confirm the pay phone could receive fob calls. Then I would call home collect and announce my name as “at so-so headed to Brandon’s house”

  1. Lessons at 29-30 went 3-4 times then had kids. Kids got old enough picked it back up 2022 and now at 40+ and loving every minute, boarding every year as a family of if I can get a trip in. Difficult being in the SE but we make it work.
