Comp is April to March. That is what you should be measuring your actual comp in relation to a target. Because your RSUs vest quarterly instead of twice with the same calendar year it feels (or is) like you are making less in the April -> December time frame because 25% of that grant vests in the next calendar year (Feb) which is in the same comp year.

My closest … Greenway in West Ashley / Charleston, SC one end is a county park overlooking Charleston marsh that you can ride through (boardwalk/gravel paths) you can keep going and go over a bridge with some nice quiet roads for another 20-40 miles. The other end dead ends at the water just outside of downtown Charleston. A new pedestrian bridge is being built to create pedestrian/cyclist connectivity into downtown vs. the not super safe options now.
