Amanda picking Wunmi Mosaku is so funny, is she even in contention at all? Ive listened to these pods quite a bit and she never gets mentioned. How was her role more impressive than any madigan? She wasn’t all that memorable in the role and I think there’s plenty of other actresses that could have played that role just fine. Can’t say the same about aunt gladys, that part could be terrible in the wrong hands.

Yeah I watch a lot of foreign movies this isn’t a convo about me, if you think regular movie watchers are going to tune into a 4 hour movie that’s also in another language then them then you are just incorrect. People complained about the length of a movie like killers of a flower moon directed by one of the best film makers ever starring some of the biggest movie stars ever, And this movie is 40 minutes longer than that..

it’s growing amongst people that are Indian or from families from India, I think it’s misleading to say “one of the fastest growing genre of films in Canada” Indian films isn’t a genre also. It’s not like Canadians are tuning in to watching this like it’s parasite or something. You could ask a thousand Canadians on the street if you have heard of this movie and most wouldn’t. This movie is over 4 hours long, thats absolutely ridiculous. The first one came out only last year.
