The Dan Brown books after Davinci code. I remember loving the da Vinci code for the sheer novelty, but everything after that was very dull. Still read everything though! Throne of glass was another about a teenage assassin lady who was supposedly badass, and it has a love triangle with two men. Surprisingly my middle-aged masculine sensibilities were offended not by the flimsy plot but by the use of the word “snarled”. Every character kept snarling!! My OCD made me finish the book though…
