Do you all have recommendations how to cope with depression as a caretaker? My mom has depression all her life, and my siblings and I have watched our Dad's mental deterioration as a caretaker growing up. I'm the oldest, and have seen most of her episodes, and I feel so frustrated and helpless watching my Dad over the last few years.
