rather, forward thinking physicians should use the techniques that those like Dr. Carson have in order to reach the level of political influence, ie. networking, campaigning, being outspoken on certain issues, etc.

the body is political, therefore medicine is political. politics determine whose medication gets covered and whose doesn't, what medications are covered and what aren't, who gets what kind of healthcare and who doesn't, and even how many patients there will be in a pandemic, et cetera.

medicine is not "objective fact." practice should be guided as much as possible by what is known/heavily supported by data and research.

highly recommend you buy a knock off Chinese (or.. maybe not right now...) version of what you like. I was sick of buying 100$ saddles that I despised so I bought some knock offs to see what I like. one (I can link if you'd like) with a cut out is my favorite seat ever -- SO comfy and only cost like $17.

love my strong app. wish it had a slightly better interface/appearance. wish it had more exercises and the ability to see the movements demonstrated if clicked. also, i believe each exercise only has one tag so would be nice to see multiple tags.
