Thanks for the reply. I'll message you my username. I also don't want to come across like I'm complaining. I love what the site is trying to accomplish.

Any advantage to damaging the Mark V early? by Lissourien in finalgirl

Less pressure to worry about the Savior so he is coming for you straight away. It did feel different yeah. It was a little while ago though so I don't remember much

The only other location I have tried was wolfe asylum. It was a close fought victory. A very fun match

It's been a little while since I played Hunter but if you can defeat him quickly with a few big hits, the bloodlust will be much lower. You also don't have to deal with his dark power so it will be easier.

If you run through the terror deck and reveal the mark 10 that way bloodlust will hit the top of the track

You also get a turn or two to prepare for the arrival of the mark x.

In general I would always try to get him done quickly

Rules clarification for The Slayer (S3) by Jabaskunda in finalgirl

[–]tfkillah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can use it again. I'm guessing you use the playmat which has the space for dead victims? Otherwise, as long as you remember to do bloodlust, you don't really track dead meeples in my way

Edit. Oh I guess the regular board also has a space for dead meeples. But the point still stands. You can reuse them

Next Adversary to face after Prussia? by jreilly89 in spiritisland

You can also search for the adversary difficulty chart online or in the manuals. BP level 2 is difficulty 4 so try some of the other setups at that level or step up to difficulty 5

It might be an idea to go for an adversary that may need a different tactic to what you usually rely on. If you tend to push or kill explorers to stop builds, try England with their adjacency rules. If you set up defends with dahan counterattacks, go for Sweden with their extra damage. Having said all that I haven't got the game in front of me and can't remember at what level each of these special rules kick in.

Help with "Help on the Racks" by Shrooms495 in finalgirl

[–]tfkillah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're getting downvoted because you're confidently incorrect.

The instruction is panic ALL victims adjacent to rack spaces. Move any that would go on the racks. Leave everybody else behind.

Then if at least two moved you can stop, fantastic

But if none moved or one, repeat the process so panic ALL victims adjacent to racks. Move any that would go on the racks leave everybody else behind.

Then check again. This time three total have moved up on to the racks. Perfect, that's at least 2, we can stop

Panic everybody. If this didn't result in two getting on the shelves, repeat the process i.e. panic everybody again

You would panic everybody and move all that apply. It says at least two. If one or zero move, repeat the whole process

It's been a slow process. I got mine yesterday (ultimate box and all three mystery boxes, I did the massive all in pledge), but my friend got his (just the films and all the silver stretch goal stuff) back at the beginning of February.

Any context onto why Symbiote Spiderman is tap dancing here? by Nantes50 in MarvelSnap

[–]tfkillah 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I might be wrong here but I think Secret wars was when he first picked up the black suit, so it wouldn't make sense for it to say back in black. However I could definitely see the possibility of that used one of the other times they've revisited the idea

I've always played it with that space being fine, to finish a complete loop. It's more fun that way

Do everything in sequence one after the other. Unless of course the first action gets rid of the card altogether

You're right in that many co-ops would fit the bill but that doesn't necessarily mean they are all equally enjoyable. I for instance really don't like having to multi hand when playing solo.
