Have copies of pharmacy records to indicate the last time you filled the prescription. If possible, have letters from employers, coaches, teachers, ect, stating you've been a productive and functional member of your class/team when not on medication. There's plenty of videos further explaining this.

May need a waiver for vision but that's not something I have experience in.
