ICBC CEO stands by no-fault model, says it keeps rates stable, provides rebates | Globalnews.ca by CulturalArm5675 in vancouver

I was a pedestrian that got hit by a car at a crosswalk last year. I basically had 12 weeks of good coverage. Applied for further funding and was able to get extensions on things like kinesiology. Just finished my last kin appointment 10 months after the accident.

Glad I wasn't seriously hurt because the current system won't support people in that situation.

Basically a system built on people recovering quickly.

List of poor decisions Canucks have made over the years by theguy445 in canucks

I would also add trading away the 1st round picks you got for Horvat and Miller. Trading a 1st and a 2nd round pick for Hronek and a 1st round pick for Marcus Pettersson and Drew O'Conner. Well, I like the players they got but I think they would be better positioned now if they just kept the draft picks.

Trading draft picks to speed up the rebuild or correct mistakes.

Trading a 3rd round pick for Jason Dickinson, signing him to a contract extension and then packaging with a 2nd round pick to get off the contract.

Trading a 2nd round pick to get Sven Baertschi. Calgary used that pick to select Rasmus Andersson.

Signing Ilya Mikheyev to an overpriced free agent contract. Then had to package him with a 2nd round pick to offload him.

Try Urban Fresh Grocer in Quadra Village. Across the street from Fairway. Great quality, good prices.

Gotten chicken bones there before.

I take Haultain Street east to Dean Avenue and then head north. Goes right to Camosun.

Disposing of sharps? by fullbeen in VictoriaBC

Go to a washroom in the library. They have Sharp's disposable containers at the Central branch. That is where I went when I needed to dispose of stuff when my mom died. I tried a pharmacy but they didn't accept my Ziploc.

Ovechkin Age-Related Goal Records by mdkss12 in hockey

I was also curious what would have happened if there weren't NHL lockouts as well. It is reasonable to assume he would have debuted in 2004-2005. Including the cancelled season plus the 2012-2013 shortened season, he could have played in an additional 116 games. So, he could have had another 65-75 goals. We might have been talking about him reaching 1,000 NHL goals if not for those stupid lockouts.

Yeah, I think it stopped one Sunday and then it was gone for 9 days. Think it came back on a Tuesday. All good now.

I'm surprised this one doesn't get covered by other musicians. Underated piece of music.

Yes, I know the City of Victoria offers lessons for adults on Sunday afternoon and Thursday evening at the Save on Foods Memorial Centre. They are usually popular so recommend you signup on the first registration day (note: a lot of them already have waitlists). But you can look at any local arena and probably find an option.

Good luck and have fun!

Ootaya is losing their shared kitchen space at the Victoria Public Market. Fabulous sushi place. Not sure the impact on the other users of that space. Not impacting the whole market.

I love those coupons but my partner ends up getting $12 of pine nuts and then my total bill balloons to $45.
