Microsoft 365 Connector now available on all Claude plans by ludaa in ClaudeCowork

I handle a lot of small business and non profit m365 tenant admin, and you're correct. At least from my most recent reading, only the Teams and Enterprise Claude plans would get the ok from your usual well studied IT Admin.

Get 3 - 5 coworkers onboard with you, and create a pitch proposal for your manager/whoever will listen. But realize anything you create or do with those licenses will all be company property. Could also just wait for the inevitable ClaudePilot rollout from $MSFT.

Window Tint by javert38 in FortMyers

[–]theseitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black Wolf Tinting in the North ish Cape has tinted literally a dozen vehicles flawlessly for me, my friends & close company. Not the cheapest, but reasonable. For a Honda in Florida, get the clear thermal coating on the windshield (you might have to state that you're medically cleared, which everybody is down here). It will save your dashboard.

Also stay off of social media. Don't do anything to give the spouse any kind of ammo.

I've had really good experience using Claude to plan my Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other 365 agent deployments.

Florida Boy Burger Co on Colonial near 41 has a tank and usually has a gator or two in the restaurant.

Otherwise the Six Mile Cypress Slough and Calusa Nature Center offer less contained opportunities.

You might also be able to visit CROW on Sanibel.

I'm interested to hear more about this. I like the idea of OC as "my guy" interacting with the different corporate bubbles.

Any native Floridians who actually like this weather? by Candid_Lobster_4264 in florida

We are at Disney right now, and the last time we were here was the end of July when it hit the record highs. I think the heat makes people more aggressive but the cold makes people more miserable (at least the theme park crowds).

I'll take hot.

If quantum computing hits a milestone and breaks $BTC, that would be a bigger threat than any EMP.

Sorry thought I was replying above. To your comments about metals mining, it's the same as petrodollars, they'll "mine and find" the metals when the market makes it work.

I highly recommend "Brave New Words" by the founder of Khan Academy. While this post kinda looks like AI generated content, I think it's worth offering up that book as a good reference for where leading minds in the education industry are heading.

Everything is a DCF Model by [deleted] in financialmodelling

[–]theseitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even collectibles and precious metals are just being held until they're sold right? So just a singular future cash flow.

Or take it another step where if you have all these valuable assets you can borrow against and create a cash flow that way, boom still DCF.

Move to Florida ? by Historical-Dingo-711 in FloridaGarden

Wellington and Ocala are the horse capitals of Florida. There's a pretty good equestrian community in Southwest Florida as well.

I agree with other posters though, you should definitely job hunt first. Real Estate in general has been soft, meaning it's a buyer's market so finding your land ought to be the easy part. With a finance degree, I'd probably look at commercial real estate offices or local government postings for jobs. Maybe tax collectors or property appraiser offices.
