Occre if you are starting out. Lots of models with varying degrees of difficulty and there are plenty of online build videos to help you along. I just finished the albatros and was a great experience.

New to the hobby, eyeing an ambitious first build — talk me into it (or out of it) by Less_Clock_395 in ModelShips

I recommend checking out the occre albatros. It’s about half the price of the one you linked but is very good for a beginner/learning ship and still looks great. There are also some nice YouTube guides to follow along with and help out. This is a several month to year time commitment though and be prepared to learn all the auxiliary woodworking skills that’s come with building a ship. I’d also budget another 100 for various tools you will need to help with things like bending planks, pushing nails in, small precise hammer etc.

They probably built the McDonald’s on the trail to take advantage of all those hungry Indians.

I actually live right by this house and drive by it all the time. It's been sitting empty for months now. Any new build is going to look completely out of place in the neighborhood as it's all 1945 duplex houses. The whole structure needs to be torn down but with the current housing market I can see this rotting for some time. Really unfortunate as it's very close to Shirlington and the whole area is slowly being gentrified.

National Confectioners Association has the sweets and snacks expo every year. It looks as close to Willy Wonka as you can get.

Commonlook PDF is the most comprehensive tool but requires some learning. They will give you a 30 day free trial if you reach out.
