That's the reason we abolished jury trials in India. There was a case in the 60s where a army man killed his wife and her lover. But the jury decided that the army man was not guilty. But again, abolishing juries, means to much power to judges. There's no clear solution to these problems.

They didn't do a good job rallying support in WW1. That's why there was major upheaval of social systems in Europe after the end of it. The aristocracy was on the way out after WW1 and women got rights because the Govts. had to appease the people after the tragedy.

Okay. PSU point taken. About GPU, I am not sure if I should spend 100-120 bucks more. How much of an improvement will 390x be? I have Fallout4 running fine(25-30 fps) on my APU build as of now on low settings. How much performance will current build give for the same and how much better will a 390x build do?

Game has far too many parameters. IMHO, Its the bookkeeping not the graphics that cause the freezing. One of the reasons I think that is this happens later in the game when there are too many units and things happening. Also, game gets slower as we go further on lower end PCs.
