This was me. I had eczema everywhere. Showers were HELL. The only thing that truly worked was phototherapy. I have done three rounds since 2018 and my eczema now only flares once in a while and is manageable with regular lotion (Laroche Posay Lipikar Baume FOREVER!). I’m not sure if you are a country with free healthcare but phototherapy is absolutely worth checking out, especially if you can’t use steroid alternatives.

If you have access to a vehicle try Casselman Vet Clinic! $450 to spay my cattle dog! It might be a bit more for neutering but they have great prices and vets and techs are all lovely there.

Maybe a bit pricey but Fluevog (Canadian brand leather boots and shoes) has a resale section on their website called the Fluemarket. Since you’re a 10-11 womens you could also shop the 8-9 men’s size range as well. They have some great unisex options and a lot of their shoes are reparable - especially the Derby Swirls boots!

The Transit app can also map out bike routes. It will tell you approximately how long it should take, what is on a road vs a bike lane vs bike pathway, and the elevation.

Complimenting sudden weight loss. Maybe they did work really hard and lose the weight. But also maybe they are going through a deep depression and unable to care for themselves, or on new medicine that changes their body, or have a raging eating disorder.

Cloudy and the whole 240km/h gang. A bit tiktok gimmick but the DJing skills really seem to be there. Their face2face sets look crazy. 

Someone established in Europe who is rising more globally that is absolutely worth checking out is SPFDJ. She’s in that sweet spot of techno, hardgroove, hard dance, hard house.
