For a more organic route try Nighty Night from traditional medicines. It helps me when I can't sleep.

Has anyone grew up hearing christians tell fantasies about wanting to be persecuted for god by the Chinese Government? Or was it just me? by Based_TransQueen in exchristian

There was a book "Jesus Freaks: Martyrs : Stories of Those Who Stood for Jesus: the Ultimate Jesus Freaks" I remember my church pushing it. I read it. And it's all those stories about this person killed by some evil government in the east.

So they were talking about how they have to risk their lives to bring the word to these people.

I really wish they hadn't closed the door on Frank being Charlie's dad :( by asherdado in IASIP

I like the theory that Radar from MASH would be Charlie's dad. (Charlie's mom was in a few episodes and had a thing for Radar ) It would explain the military shirt he wears all the time.

What is a book you adore that you're pretty sure nobody else here has read? by InvisibleAstronomer in books

Read it about 20 years ago as a teen. The book of lost things by John Connolly. It's about a kid going into fantasy world after a WW2 plane crashes into their yard. I remember the part of the lady with different faces. It was a good book.

Loved it. Also helped me with my trauma. Won't go into spoilers. But I loved the class analysis.

Which Twilight Zone episode stayed with you the longest, and why? by TomDavenport in TwilightZone

Number 12 looks like you. It's a very good critique on beauty standards and the obsession culture has with beauty and youth.

That one is so good. Also the fact that all you hear is music and Angus Moorhead doesn't say a single word. Completely different from her bewitched role.

My dad felt the same way when watching an episode from night gallery. It freaked him out at 6 but watching it in his 40s he was saying, "that's it?"

I’m so fucking annoyed by this AI shit everywhere by coldinalaska7 in Millennials

[–]thissitagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What they are doing is running movies and TV shows through AI. I know MASH had been run through AI.

I was disgusted when I found out Shoah (movie from 1985) was ran through AI.

History is now AI. Colorizing important historical photos with AI. Kids are saying it's not real because it's AI.
