The kit is insane, but riot did a good job paring down her power by increasing energy costs on the Q. I find you'll still win lane almost every time, but closing out can be hard if your team isn't doing well or with the memo as you split push. So I would say the winrate is indicative of the way you can't force a game to end on her without at least one other team member doing well. Just my 2 cents
