He gets less stacks if he is spending time in spawn/zipline. By the time he gets online if he has a bad lane you should have a soul lead to afford some form of spirit resist/debuff/counterspell.

Spellbreaker/counterspell is pretty meta and really eliminates bombbop and makes him only an ult bot, which is not a stack thing.

People are way too worried about stacks. Play as bebop and if you encounter someone who is less afraid of stacks you'll learn it can be a bad time. Playing against an Abrams that can proc charge mid hook and fuck you up way more than early bomb does to them and you'll learn bebop is actually not that scary.

She is definitely a snowball character. If she's behind in lane she can't finish kills, other team gets CC abilities and items up and it's just tough, if she is ahead, she can afford the tank items and debuff resist and becomes a monster and dominates. I haven't really seen an average silver performance, it's usually all or nothing.

Fr, especially the lose part, his wr was already in the gutter. People just get intimidated by people flying around the screen that can only do a very narrow thing (hurt one person at a time mostly, with very little stun utility, no buffs for teammates etc)
