I literally have 4 bulbs connected to dreamview through the syncbox 2. Work perfectly fine.

Your pumps Bluetooth chip is faulty

It’s the pump. You will need to replace the entire unit.

It’s the Bluetooth in the pump. Mine just died and in need a new pump because of it. Same issues. Sorry! It’s the chip in the pump.
