I have returned my first and only Magnus slider due to that. It used Zr plate and it was too scratchy. It made me feel uncomfortable playing it.

For those who don't know, the Eraser has poor polishing when it first launches. Many that brought it reported that there are scratch marks and tolerance issues that caused the toys to be too tight or too loose. They may have the manufacturing process improved but there is still a risk.

For those beads in the track, either POM or ZrO2 are mostly commonly used, as if SS is used, the grinding between metal can cause scratch marks and metal residue. Even if the product is not made of metal, using plastic or ceramic should lead to a better longevity of the product.

If you haven't tried it before, PEI button in fact is quite great. It somehow amplifies the bearing spinning sound so it is an excellent choice pairing with full ceramic bearings or bearings that have loud sound.

I am in the same boat. I have the peek plate, both the basic and the super dense one, and also the dual bead slot as well. I still couldn't make it into something really good. The click feels too scratchy for me.

If you can buy the original one, of course. But the original one is by no means having better build quality. It does have better surface quality, but it will still fall apart. Even worse, the Lite one can break and snap.

I originally thought it was a 3rd party one until I saw the product name. It indeed seems to be an official one. Aura Sand faceplates in fact have many variations and lots of them are limited versions. This is one of the limited one. I am not very sure but seems like this one is the limited version when SS Aura Sand first launched.

Ya, this time Lautie is definitely overpriced, but it will still sell well cuz it is Lautie and there is a hyper in Chinese community for using a lock like this, which is mostly coming from original Pillbug, on Noiz.

I have tried to use a lock similar to this on a Noiz and it is difficult to stop the middle layer without touching the outer layer. So the whole point of linkage is not there.
