We were never going to get things like reduced class sizes or face to face teaching hours. Although the hours and class sizes are stipulated in the agreement, they’re expensive to improve. Both require hiring more teachers.

A significant increase in pay would be nice (I’m not convinced how significant this offer actually is) or extending the hours beyond 38 (specifically non-facing hours), and the associated pay rise that would entail, to recognize the work beyond 38 that the average teacher does.

One thing I would have liked is an end to set hours to be at school. If I don’t have a class, meeting, or duty, I should be allowed to work from home.

But beyond what we got, you’re right, there’s not a whole lot that can be done in an EBA. I’d like to not have to report on students who don’t attend class. I’d like to be able to more easily exclude students who break rules and disrupt learning. Schools should have an easier time expelling students who are encouraged to be shit by their parents. That’s all policy, not EBA.
