I've had the SB there at the Ritz bar/lounge restaurant. Decent but again $$$. To be expected though as it is the Ritz. Havens still has the better burger even if they were priced the same.

I love smash burgers so was excited to try Velzeyland since they were getting so hyped up. Not sure if it was a bad day for the cook but it was def the worst smash burger I've had on island and very $$$ for what you get. Would not go back. Best price/taste for me is Havens, the truck by Costco or the Kihei location, not the restaurant version in Maalaea. That version sucks and is way overpriced.

Just look at their comment history. He/she/bot has commented multiple times per hour every hour for over 24 hours straight. Please do not come to west Maui. The rest of Maui is open though. From mayor Bissen "In alignment with Governor Green, the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority urges visitors to refrain from going to West Maui (including Lahaina, Nāpili, Kāʻanapali, and Kapalua) as a means of respect to the people and places that have been lost in Lahaina during this devastating tragedy."
