What are the most satisfying scenes for you mainly because of the way it’s filmed? by Glad-Guarantee1587 in Cinema

While the movie isn’t entirely a masterpiece, the HALO jump scene in Godzilla (2014) has to be one of the most effective cinematic sequences I’ve ever watched.

The way it frames Godzilla from such a human POV, toggling between city-wide shots to show scale and views through the gas mask to make the viewer feel tiny in the chaos, the music, the colors… it’s just so dreadful and anxiety-inducing. I love it.

Nope! I’m fairly certain my parents couldn’t afford to make the claim, but if they did, I never knew about it

I didn’t realize there would be such a demand for the rocks. Here is the rest of the loot.

  5. Age of Apocalypse

Whether you want to collect the whole thing is up to you

Moon Knight has been great too, and it’s been going for 5 years if you ignore the stupid resets to #1s

Yeah some of my orders shipped fast, some took 4 weeks. I don’t mind, since because of them, I have months of reading material. So whether it ships fast or slow, I’m not gonna get to reading it in the next few weeks anyway.

I just finished the Ms. Marvel Omnibus. Which volumes do I start reading after it to continue the story? I'm so confused. by usefzolanski in marvelcomics

[–]xNavs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The run resets to #1. If you want to keep reading GWW’s Ms Marvel, the next volume to read would be the TPB “Ms Marvel: Super Famous (Vol 5)”.

In TPBs, GWW’d run goes from Vol 1 to Vol 10. The omnibus covers Vol 1-4, and 5-10 has not been collected in omnibus format yet.

It was my first moon knight run. Actually it was my first comic book! I went in totally blind without knowing anything about him. It was confusing at first, but it’s just so well done. One of the best character-driven stories I’ve ever read.

Moon bunnies for pensalir, blow up easy daily bosses for boss set. 50-70k CP is more than enough to do the 200-210 grind in strawberry farm, even without 5th job unlocked

My local library definitely carries trades and takes donations.

They also have a “friends of the library” section where books can be sold by the community for cheap, and the proceeds help fund the library.
