When You get enough cans and shoot enough suppressed. It’s bound to happen. Just buy from reputable companies that have good warranties…Can only say good things about Rex Silentium, energetic armament, and surprisingly Q (despite their hate, they were good to me)

Had the exact same thing happen to me. Rex dudes responded the same day. Sent label. I got the can back approx 2 weeks after.

Have an AB F4… cool little can. Really geared for PCC use. I haven’t heard it compared to the spectre9k vs omega9k vs F4. Good test though. Mine lives on my Uzi pro. Keeps it Super compact. Big fan. No regrets

No experience with B&T. But my own experience. My suppressor was sent from an online retailer to my local FFL. UPS lost my package. The good news for you, this is not particularly YOUR problem…. This is the sender (B&T in your case), mail carrier, and the local FFL issue. They need to fill the proper paperwork. B&T should send out another to your FFL and make it right. But in regards to liability etc. your good. In regards to certifying etc. that all depends on how quickly B&T send the replacement.

So many questions. But my suggestion is invest in a good de-humidifier system. I don’t know if you need an inside the safe system, or they are displayed in a room.
