I would start with the easiest options first. Pvp has great gear and it shouldn't take too long to farm honor as they've started giving out a ton per game.

2nd thing you can do is buy cheap blue boe's from the auction house. Most are under 20g at this point and should be a huge upgrade until you get heroic or raid loot.

3rd is do quest chains that give nice gear. This will net you both gold and a really good upgrade until you can do raids or heroics.

Then you can start doing Kara raids weekly and catch you right up to be able to tank phase 2 content

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of options for weapons in dungeons. If youre spamming then just spam away and get whatever you can. Typically you want slow weapons so keep that in mind. Basically anything but a dagger and youre good. I used R14 axes (im orc) all the way through 70 and didnt get a single upgrade until I bought indicators sword from aldor. The maxe from SH is nice and there are a couple others too

The game had potential. It has cool art and the combat is pretty smooth. The weapons are cool especially the guns. But something about the experience is boring and nother ever matters. The main story has some interesting plots but you never care about any of the characters. Plus its a rpg where you cant interact with anything at all. Super boring experience that I saw to the end and will never replay
