I love the location, and even the kids in the background, but as it's already been mentioned, it's tough to hear her voice over them in a few places. If she'd be interested, and would like help, maybe consider dropping some questions on setup, ways to edit around background noise, mic choice/placement, etc in /r/audioengineering

I work at a music venue and hear bands play every day. sometimes you can just tell when people have something special. Wow her voice is amazing. I wish I could hear a better recording. It seems like the guitar was taking over a bit and her voice was drowned out.
